Levels
The types of support provided by Honeycomb include:

| Supported | These items are in active development and are supported by Honeycomb. We may provide both new features and bug fixes (if applicable). |
| Maintained | No plans exist to add significant new features to these items, but we will provide security updates and critical bug fixes (if applicable) for these items. |
| Unsupported | These items are deprecated and are no longer supported by Honeycomb. We advise users to move to newer versions or products. |
Libraries and SDKs
Honeycomb supports using all supported versions of OpenTelemetry products, including the OpenTelemetry Collector, Kubernetes Operator, SDKs, and other integrations that use the OpenTelemetry Protocol (OTLP).For Beelines and Honeycomb OpenTelemetry Distribution users, we advise migrating to OpenTelemetry.
